01
Scope
Acceptance & What These Terms Cover
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use
exotickitchencabinets.ca, submit a website enquiry,
use a website contact method or book an appointment through the website.
By using the website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not
agree, you should discontinue use of the website.
These website terms are not intended to replace the written terms for an
actual cabinetry project. If there is a conflict between this page and an
accepted written quotation/project agreement, the project-specific agreement
controls the project to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.
02
Website Content
General Information, Not a Final Quotation
Website content is provided to describe our services, design directions,
project possibilities and enquiry process. We try to keep information useful
and current, but website content may be general, illustrative or subject to change.
Unless expressly identified as part of an accepted written quotation or project
agreement, website text, images, examples, descriptions and design directions
are not a final project specification, guaranteed price, delivery commitment or
contractual promise.
Cabinetry projects depend on factors such as measurements, site conditions,
materials, finishes, hardware, design approvals and project scope.
03
Booking
Appointments & Website Enquiries
The website allows customers to request or book a design and measurement
appointment and to submit project enquiries.
- Booking an appointment does not by itself create a cabinetry purchase agreement.
- An appointment may be used to discuss the room, requirements, measurements, design direction and possible next steps.
- Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a project can be accepted, scheduled or completed on a particular timeline.
- Availability shown through a booking system may change if circumstances require an appointment to be adjusted.
- You should provide accurate contact and project information so we can communicate about the appointment.
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled or additional information is required,
we may contact you using the details submitted with the booking or enquiry.
04
Project Terms
Quotations, Pricing & Project Agreements
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, specifications, inclusions, exclusions,
production timing, installation scope, warranties and other project-specific
terms should be confirmed in the applicable written quotation, order, approval
or project agreement.
Website examples or preliminary discussions do not override an accepted written
project document. A quotation may depend on final measurements, selected materials,
design revisions, site conditions or other information identified during the project.

05
Accuracy
Measurements, Customer Information & Site Conditions
Custom cabinetry depends on accurate information about the space. Customers
should provide complete and accurate information about the project and disclose
known conditions that could materially affect design, manufacture or installation.
Measurements supplied by a customer before professional verification may be used
for preliminary discussion only. Final project requirements may depend on measurements
or site verification completed or accepted as part of the project process.
Existing walls, floors, ceilings, utilities, plumbing, electrical systems,
appliances, building conditions or other site features may affect what can be
designed or installed. Project-specific treatment of such conditions should be
addressed in the quotation or project agreement.
06
Design
Customer Inspiration & Design Direction
Customers may provide inspiration images, screenshots, sketches, plans,
colour references or other material to communicate a preferred design direction.
Such material is used as a reference for discussion and does not necessarily mean
an exact copy can or will be produced.
Designs may need to be adapted for room dimensions, functionality, available
materials, construction methods, safety, third-party rights or other project considerations.
If you provide third-party material, you represent that you are permitted to
provide it to us for the purpose of discussing your project. You should not ask
us to unlawfully reproduce protected third-party designs, trademarks or other
intellectual property.
07
Visual Content
Project Images, Inspiration & Design Visualisations
The website may contain different types of imagery. The context and labels on a
page are important when interpreting those images.
Colours, textures, proportions and materials displayed on a screen can vary from
physical samples and installed materials. Final selections should be confirmed
through the applicable project process.
08
Project Variables
Materials, Availability & Changes
Materials, hardware, finishes, fixtures, appliances and third-party products may
be subject to supplier availability, manufacturer changes, discontinuation, lead
times and natural variation.
Wood, stone and other natural or patterned materials can vary in grain, shade,
veining, texture and appearance. Digital images and samples may not show every
possible variation.
Project changes requested after a scope or design has been approved may affect
price, materials or timing. Any applicable change process should be handled in
accordance with the project-specific quotation or agreement.
09
Installation
Access, Site Readiness & Installation
Where installation forms part of a project, the specific installation scope and
customer responsibilities should be stated in or read together with the applicable
project documentation.
Customers may be required to provide reasonable and safe access to the project area,
ensure agreed site-preparation work is complete, and communicate conditions that could
affect installation. Requirements vary by project and should not be assumed from this
general website page.
This section deliberately does not create a universal installation checklist.
The actual project agreement should state the requirements that apply to a specific job.

Third-Party Websites & Platforms
The website may link to or interact with external services such as Google Maps,

to the terms applicable to those services.
12

Website Availability, Liability & Consumer Rights
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not promise that the
website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at every moment.
To the extent permitted by law, Exotic Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. is not responsible

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives rights, remedies, protections

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions
should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
