Appointment bookings

Contact form
When you submit our contact form, the enquiry is sent to our business
email so we can respond. The form may also prepare a WhatsApp message
containing the information you entered, as explained below.
Email
Messages sent to our business email may be stored in our email systems
as part of ordinary customer communication and business record keeping.

WhatsApp Handoff
Our website may open WhatsApp with a message already filled using details
from your enquiry. Opening a prefilled message does not by itself send the
message. You review the message and choose whether to press Send
in WhatsApp.
If you choose to send a WhatsApp message, information in that message is
processed through WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy practices.
